Our story

Magnitude is the result of the stars aligning: a series of wonderful encounters at just the right time. It all started with one desire: to create an agency based on growing sales, an understanding of the field, fantastic teams, and in-depth performance analysis. The adventure began in March 2018 when Joséphine joined Régis, following a shared experience in sales. Then along came Philippe and the duo became a trio. They all quickly found their feet, specialising in strategy, production, and development. Others came along and the agency grew. Magnitude is now a leading actor in salesforce outsourcing and commercial promotions. Our clients recognise our professionalism and effectiveness, and appreciate the fresh, daring approach of a young company.

Our day to day

You’re bound to have understood – no two days are the same. Every week, new projects set us on the road to discovery. Our teams are conscientious about inventing tailor-made approaches, but without taking ourselves too seriously! This involves teamwork, much as it does on the ground, so there is always an element of fun. We meet up, chat, eat together, go out, play sport. And the next day we do it all again! Good humour is always on the cards.

As often as possible, we get out of the office to visit the front-line because that’s where the magic happens. We walk into the stores, we look, we observe, we analyse, and then we come back to the office with new ideas to share.
